Welcome! My name is Yolinda, I'm 30 y/o and I am happy I found my true passion. Food & exercise!
I love to go to the gym lifting weights, cycling and of course food! I like to eat healthy, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring or not tasty! And that is what I would like to share with you.
When I was younger I never did any sports, but once I started lifting and got to a healty weight, it became my passion. I started to study about nutrition and fitness and now I do not just like to go to the gym, I even turned my hobby into my work.
