I love coffee, but I also like a ice coffee from time to time. Sadly most contain so much sugar that I barely drink them anymore.
- 3 cups of seedless watermelon - 1/4 cup of water - 1/2 cup of ice - Juice of 1 lime - handful of fresh mint (don't forget to wash it first) If you prefer it more sweet you can always add a dash of Stevia. Would be great on a hot summer day with crushed ice!
- small banana - 70 gr 0% greek yoghurt - 1/4 cup milk (I use almond milk) - scoop vanilla protein powder Topping optional I put some drops of honey on the glass and topped it with oats, some raw bits of cacao & cocos snips, a tsp chai-seeds and a few blue berries
- 1/2 mango - 1/4 pineapple - 200 gr low fat curd - 1/2 cup ice First I put the curd in the mixer, cut the mango and pineapple in bits and mix them together with the curd untill it looks smooth. After that I put the ice in and let it all mix for another few minutes. You can top the shake with a piece of fruit, I liked the red from the rasberries! (if you think it's too sour, you can add Stevia drops, or your favorite natural sweetener to taste. Also really good with a dash of honey)
- 1/2 cup (80 gr) pitted Cherries - 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk) - 70 gr 0% greek yoghurt - scoop of strawberry protein powder You can use different kinds of topping, I used some crunchy mushli, but it's also really good with toasted nuts, a grind to bits cracker or of course old fashioned oats. Blend the milk, cherries and yoghurt and put the ice cubes in one by one. Put the protein at last and let it blend for another few. Top it and drink it right away, or the protein has no use.
I love to make these in the morning, they are easy and I always make more so I can enjoy it during the day at work. So because I always make for several servings I will just write down the ingredients: - almond milk - non fat greek yoghurt/ curd - Fresh mango - pineaple - frozen blue berries And sometimes I like to add a dash of coconut milk.
Doesn't it look yummy?! - 70 gr 0% greek yoghurt/ curd - 1 scoop of strawberry protein - 4 big strawberries - 6-8 raspberries - oats - raw cacao and cocos nibs - chai-seeds - honey Mix the protein powder and the yoghurt, put some drops of honey on the glass. Chop strawberries in pieces and put a few in the bottom of the glass together with some raspberries, put some yoghurt on top and another layer of berries, with some more yoghurt and top it with the oats, nibs and seeds.
Green: - spinash - mango - banana Pink: - banana - 'red fruit' (I used some rasp-, straw-, blue-, red- and black berries)
- 1 small banana - handful frozen blueberries - 70 gr non-fat greek yoghurt - 1/4 cup almond milk - 2 scoops chocolate-coconut protein powder - ts raw cacao powder - 2 ts flaked coconut Topped with some oats, chai-seeds and raw coconut flakes & raw cacao nibs. First I put the banana, yoghurt and milk in the blender. After that I add the cacao, cocos and blueberries. And at last I add the protien powder to blend it for one more minute. Top it with some oats, seeds & nibs and enjoy!
